Welcome to Lukas Transportation. By using our services, website, or registering your child for transportation, you agree to comply with and be bound by the following terms and conditions.
1. Service Agreement
Lukas Transportation provides private school bus transportation services in designated areas of Miami and South Florida. Registration is subject to seat availability and approval of the requested route. We reserve the right to decline service if a route is not feasible or safe.
2. Safety & Conduct
Safety is our #1 priority. Students are expected to adhere to the code of conduct while on the bus:
- Students must remain seated with seatbelts fastened at all times while the bus is in motion.
- Respectful behavior towards the driver and other students is mandatory.
- No eating or drinking is allowed on the bus to maintain cleanliness and prevent choking hazards.
Violation of these rules may result in suspension or termination of service without refund.
3. Pickup & Drop-off
- Times: Parents must ensure students are at the pickup point 5-10 minutes before the scheduled time. The bus cannot wait for late arrivals to ensure punctuality for all students.
- Absence: Parents must notify us in advance if a student will not be riding the bus on a given day.
- Guardian Authorization: Students will only be released to parents or authorized guardians listed in our records.
4. Payments & Cancellations
Service fees are billed as per the agreed schedule (weekly/monthly). Payments are due in advance. Late payments may result in suspension of service. Cancellations require a 2-week written notice.
5. Liability
While we maintain the highest safety standards, rigorous vehicle maintenance, and insurance coverage, Lukas Transportation is not liable for delays caused by traffic, weather conditions, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.
6. Changes to Terms
We reserve the right to modify these terms at any time. Active clients will be notified of any significant changes to operational policies.
